I work with people who are struggling in various aspects of life, and help identify and alleviate barriers to affect positive change or acceptance, Whether you have difficulty managing anxiety; are experiencing depressed mood; feel stuck in negative patters of communication; or want to improve your relationships with others or with yourself, I create a nurturing environment to support and challenge you to express your feelings, explore personal problems and goals, make meaning out of negative experiences or patterns, and generate positive behaviors and coping styles.
